We shall set up a copy of your files and databases not once, but no less than 4 times per day, so any time an issue appears on your Internet site for whatever reason, we will quickly restore everything, and in the worst case scenario, your website will be restored the way it was just a few hours ago. There are two ways for a backup to be restored - you can contact us using a support ticket and we shall do what’s needed on our end within an hour, or you could directly copy the content from the backup to the live Internet site folder from the File Manager section of the Hepsia hosting CP, in which you will find all the backups that have been created listed in chronological order.
